摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of focused psychological nursing combined with short-term healthy behavior intervention in female patients with chronic bronchitis.Methods A total of 100 female patients with chronic bronchitis in Jinan Third People's Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were included in the study,and they were divided into two groups by random number table method.The observation group(n=50)was given focus psychological nursing combined with short-term health behavior intervention,and the control group(n=50)was given routine nursing.The application effect of the two groups was compared.Results The scores of mastery of health knowledge in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the lung function of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the mental state score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Focused psychological nursing combined with short-term healthy behavior intervention has a good application effect in female patients with chronic bronchitis,which can improve negative emotions,lung function,and health knowledge.关键词
