Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of nurse-patient interaction standard model combined with individualized life guidance in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods A total of 126 GDM patients admitted to Nanjing First Hospital,Nanjing Medical University from April 2021 to February 2023 were divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group(63 cases)carried out routine nursing intervention,and the observation group(63 cases)carried out the nurse-patient interaction standard model combined with individualized life guidance on the basis of the control group.The self-care ability(exercise of self-care agency scale[ESCA]),blood glucose related indicators(fasting plasma glucose[FPG]and 2 hour postprandial plasma glucose[2 h PG]),psychological state(Hamilton depression scale[HAMD],Hamilton anxiety scale[HAMA]),and total satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the ESCA score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the FPG and 2 h PG levels,HAMD and HAMA scores were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nurse-patient interaction standard model combined with individualized life guidance for GDM patients can improve blood glucose,relieve negative emotions,and improve self-care ability and satisfaction.关键词
