Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of humanistic care in perioperative nursing of children with hernia.Methods A total of 70 children with hernia who received surgical treatment in Junan County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2020 to August 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group(35 cases)received perioperative routine nursing,and the observation group(35 cases)received perioperative humanistic care nursing.The quality of nursing,family satisfaction,quality of life,and total incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of active service,operation technique,health education,and service attitude in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of family members in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the quality of life score in both groups was increased,and the quality of life score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanistic care in perioperative nursing of children with hernia has a significant effect and is worth promoting.关键词
