摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of pelvic floor rehabilitation nursing in patients after extensive total hysterectomy.Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent extensive total hysterectomy in Binzhou Medical University Hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into the control group and the study group according to the coin toss method,with 50 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the study group received pelvic floor rehabilitation nursing.The psychological state,life quality,and sex life quality of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of Hamilton depression scale and Hamilton anxiety scale in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the pelvic floor impact questionnaire score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the female sexual function index score was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of pelvic floor rehabilitation nursing in extensive total hysterectomy can improve the psychological state of patients,quality of life,and sex life.关键词
