Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of Doula accompanying delivery nursing model in natural delivery.Methods A total of 60 cases of puerpera admitted to the Department of Obstetrics,Linyi Central Hospital from December 2017 to August 2023 were selected as research objects and divided into the intervention group and the control group by drawing lot,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the intervention group received Doula accompanying delivery nursing.The natural delivery rate,labor process,psychological state score,and total satisfaction rate of nursing were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the labor process in the intervention group was shorter,the score of psychological state after nursing was lower,the rate of natural delivery and the total satisfaction rate of nursing were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of Doula accompanied delivery nursing in maternal care is better,which can shorten the labor process,improve psychological state,and increase the rate of natural delivery and nursing satisfaction.关键词
