Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of cluster nursing intervention in central venous catheter catheterization in children treated with blood purification.Methods A total of 86 children treated by central venous catheter for blood purification in the First People's Hospital of Kashgar from December 2021 to September 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received cluster nursing on the basis of the control group.The visual analogue scale(VAS)score and total complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results The VAS score after intervention and total complication rate in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of cluster nursing can reduce pain and complications in children treated with blood purification through central venous catheter.关键词
