Construction and application of teaching evaluation criteria for obstetrics and gynecology in general practice standardized residency training based on performance competence

Abstract
The general practice standardized residency training is a necessary path for general practitioners to take to their positions.Obstetrics and gynecology is one of the secondary disciplines parallel to internal medicine and surgery,and has a strong demand for positions in the actual work of general practitioners.Teaching evaluation aims to understand the quality of teaching and improve the level of teaching.However,there is no recognized systematic evaluation method for specialty teaching in general practitioner training.Taking obstetrics and gynecology as an example,this paper constructs an all-round obstetrics and gynecology teaching evaluation system for general practice standardized residency training,which covers the whole process of pre-teaching,teaching and post-teaching,and involves faculty members,trainees,teaching supervisors,and teaching managers,in order to improve the ability of general practitioners to perform their specialty positions,to improve the quality of teaching of general practitioner specialties,and thus improve the ability of general practitioners to perform their duties in obstetrics and gynecology.关键词
