Abstract
Objective To study the correlation between parturient pain catastrophization and family care, emotional state after cesarean section,so as to provide diversified intervention strategies for clinical nursing. Methods A total of 111 parturients who underwent cesarean section in the Department of Obstetrics,Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital,Sun Yat-sen University from November 2023 to February 2024 were selected. The general information questionnaire, pain catastrophizing scale(PCS),and family adaptation, partnership, growth, affection, and resolve(APGAR),positive and negative affect scale were used to investigate the parturient pain catastrophization after cesarean section. The correlation between parturient pain catastrophization and family care, emotional state was analyzed. Results Among the 109 parturients included,51(46.8%)had PCS≥30 points, and the total PCS score was(26.04±13.19)points.The total APGAR score was(8.21±2.28)points.The score of positive emotion was(28.64±5.60)points,and the score of negative emotion was(25.70±6.33)points.Univariate analysis showed that PCS score was not related to maternity insurance, residence, age, education level, parity, and postpartum sleep quality(P>0.05).The total score of PCS was negatively correlated with the total score of APGAR and positive emotion, and positively correlated with negative emotion(P<0.01,P<0.05).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that negative emotion could positively affect the level of parturient pain catastrophization after cesarean section, and the total score of APGAR and positive emotion could negatively affect the level of parturient pain catastrophization after cesarean section(P<0.05).Conclusion After cesarean section,46.8%of the parturients reach pain catastrophization, and it is related to family care and emotional state.Family care is helpful to improve the pain state of parturient,so as to reduce the feeling of pain.关键词
