摘要

Abstract

In allusion to the problems of insufficient capacity and the inability to mix and load small quantities of cold-chain agricultural products in cold-chain logistics of agricultural products,an intelligent incubator solution based on NB-IoT(narrow band Internet of Things)technology is proposed.In the solution,the hardware part of the system is built based on semiconductor refrigeration chip,PT100 temperature sensor and NB-IoT technology,which can realize the remote temperature control and cold chain logistics traceability.Meanwhile,the cascade fuzzy PID algorithm is used to realize the whole accurate temperature control.In addition,the temperature control system model of the intelligent incubator is constructed based on Simulink,and the temperature control effect of the intelligent incubator is verified by the simulation comparison.The results show that,in comparison with the PID algorithm and fuzzy PID algorithm,the cascade fuzzy PID algorithm applied to the incubator has faster regulation speed and smaller overshooting amount,and can show better stability when disturbed,which provides an efficient and reliable temperature control program for the field of cold chain logistics of agricultural products.
