Abstract
A set of asset coding system has been designed in views of the asset transfer of urban rail transit work,achieving an information system covering the entire process of electronic contract list grouping,value allocation,and asset transfer.This system implements the classification of electronic contract lists based on the asset coding system,combines the classified contract list to form assets,prints asset labels through the system,performs labeling and verification through a handheld APP,and allocates the value of the asset beyond its own value to form a temporary valuation of the asset.Finally,the transfer of assets is carried out through the approval process of the asset transfer form.Compared with the original manual process,the informatization of the entire process of transferring assets has greatly improved efficiency in the integration,classification,grouping,value allocation,label printing,verification,and process flow of electronic contract lists.Especially in asset grouping and value allocation,the accuracy and efficiency of numerical calculations have been improved through automatic calculation by the system.This system has been applied in practical work to reduce costs and increase efficiency for enterprises,and has achieved good results.关键词
