Abstract
Aimming at the problems of complicated business processes,information opacity,difficult data interchange and insufficient risk control existing in traditional papery rural land contract management,a solution of county level rural land contract management information platform which combines with modern geospatial technology and business management is proposed.Referring to relevant national and industry standards,business processes and functional designs have been carried out,and GIS,facial feature recognition,and electronic seal technology are used to build an information platform centered on contract online signing business.It achieves comprehensive informationization of contract in the aspects of data management,online signing approval,ledger management,data synchronization,regulatory analysis,and information interconnection and sharing,effectively simplifying business processes,improving information transparency,and providing more accurate and timely data support for management departments at all levels,which can enhance contract management risk prevention and control capabilities.关键词
