摘要
Abstract
Youth volunteer service is an important part of volunteer service.Under the background of the new era,the sustainable development of youth voluntary service plays an important role in improving the level of social civilization in the process of national socialist modernization.Based on the specific practice of youth volunteer service projects and guided by the concepts and ideas advocated by the PDCA cycle,this study specifically studies the practical operation process of youth volunteer service projects,aiming to explore the path of social work in promoting the sustainable development of youth volunteer service,and provide reference for social workers in promoting the sustainable development of youth volunteer service.The research finds that the key to the sustainable development of youth volunteer service lies in:First,to establish systematic thinking and make project plans scientifically;Second,to be strict with organizational implementation,ensuring service effectiveness;Third,to focus on service objectives and carry out project review;Fourth,to attach more importance to correcting deficiencies and promoting sustainable development of services.关键词
