以滇中引水工程昆明段蔡家村隧洞 3 号施工支洞穿越区域性断裂小仓—银厂箐断裂及横穿水库左、右岸为例,通过"综合法"超前地质预报手段,科学、准确的预判掌子面前方地质围岩以及地下水情况,采用超前堵水灌浆、超前大管棚、超前小导管等措施进行超前堵水兼做加固围岩,利用超前钻探兼做排水孔,采用预留核心土、分台阶开挖支护的方式,并预留变形量,保证斜井富水断层破碎带洞段安全、快速通过.
