Abstract
Based on the A3 project of Yizhao Expressway in Zhaotong City,Luozehe Extra Large Bridge is adopted QC group activities to carry out problem-solving group activities.By adopting a causal analysis diagram,the causes are analyzed from the aspects of human,machine,material,method,environment,and measurement,and targeted measures are proposed to address the factors that affect the treatment time of concrete pump blockage.It provides a guarantee for the continuity of the concrete of the Luoze River Grand Bridge,not only improving the construction quality of the concrete,but also ensuring the high-quality performance of the project.关键词
