Current situation analysis and optimizing strategies of mental health assessment in Air Force cadet recruitment
摘要
Abstract
The mental health assessment in Air Force cadet recruitment is of vital importance to the selection and cultivation of Air Force pilots.On the basis of discussing the concept of mental health of military flight personnel,this paper analyzes the current situation of mental health assessment from three aspects:concept connotation,evaluation content and evaluation methods.It also provides countermeasures and suggestions for the optimization and improvement of the mental health assessment of the Air Force from three aspects:enriching the evaluation concept,expanding the evaluation content and innovating the evaluation method.关键词
