乳腺癌患者及配偶积极心理资本与二元应对的主客体效应研究
Study on the actor-partner effects between positive psychological capital and dyadic coping in breast cancer patients and their spouses

Abstract
Objective To explore the interaction effects of positive psychological capital and dyadic coping in breast cancer patients and their spouses through Actor-Partner Interdependence Model.Methods A total of 282 couples of patients with breast cancer who where admitted to three grade A tertiary hospitals in Xi'an from June to September 2023 were investigated using the convenience sampling method.Results The positive psychological capital scores of patients with breast cancer and their spouses were(122.15±16.50)and(130.12±15.17),respectively.The positive psychological capital scores of patients were lower than those of their spouses(P<0.001).The tenacity dimension score of patients was(3.91±0.89),which was no significant difference from the theoretical median value of the scale(t=1.630,P=0.104).The dyadic coping scores were(121.22±15.79)and(123.63±14.33),respectively,which were between the cut-off points of 111 and 145.The score of stress communication dimension of patients was lower than that of their spouses(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in other dimensions(P>0.05).In terms of actor-partner effects,positive psychological capital could positively predict dyadic coping for both the individuals and their spouses(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with breast cancer and their spouses have moderate scores in both positive psychological capital and dyadic coping.The score of tenacity dimension of patients has the lowest score in positive psychological capital.The dyadic coping level of patients and their spouses is affected by the interaction effect of positive psychological capital level of patients and their spouses.关键词
