Effects of Different Pesticides on Sporulation of Eimeria tenella Oocysts in Chickens
摘要
Abstract
To study inhibitory effect of pesticides on sporulation of Eimeria tenella oocysts in chickens,and to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of chicken coccidiosis.Selected different concentrations of Demand 25CS(1∶50、1∶100)、Actellic 500EC(1∶2 500、1∶5 000)、Demand G 15.1%ZC(1∶100、1∶200)、Altriset 200SC(1∶800、1∶1 600)for gradient test for 24 hours and 48 hours,respectively.To observe their effects on sporulation process of chicken Eimeria tenella oocysts in vitro.The results showed that:Different pesticides have a certain inhibitory effect on the sporulation of Eimeria tenella oocysts in chickens.But its inhibitory effect weakened over time.Different pesticides caused changes in the appearance and structure of sporulation oocysts of Eimeria tenella with fold and concavity et al.in chickens.These results provided new ideas for the prevention of Eimeria tenella infection in chickens.关键词
