高原腹部创伤对猪免疫器官的影响
Effect of Plateau Abdominal Trauma on Pig Immune Organs
摘要
Abstract
To explore the effects of high altitude abdominal trauma on immune organs,33 long race piglets were selected in this study.The machine was divided into plain abdominal trauma group(LN group)and plateau abdominal trauma group(HC group).Each group of spleen,thymus and mesenteric lymph node tissue samples were collected at 0 h,8 h and 24 h,and spleen and thymus tissue sections were made.The tissue structure changes were observed after HE staining.The results showed that the spleen,thymus and mesenteric lymph nodes had pathological changes and decreased lymphocytes after abdominal trauma.关键词
