布鲁氏菌病活疫苗(BA0711株)免疫牛试验分析
Analysis of Bovine Immunization Test with Brucellosis Live Vaccine(BA0711 Strain)

Abstract
In order to master the brucellosis live vaccine(BA0711 strain)in actual production effect,immunization rate,fluctuation,pollution to the environment and adverse reactions,this test selected 30 brucellosis infection antibody negative cattle and 10 pregnant cattle as the test object,by subcutaneous injection brucellosis live vaccine(BA0711 strain),within 72 h after vaccination and record the health of immune cattle and follow up observation and regular detection for four months.The results showed that after immunization,30 test cattle and 10 pregnant cattle had less emergency response to the vaccine,minor reactions such as depression and anorexia were only seen within 24 h;The positive conversion rate of 30 cattles was 100%after 2 weeks of immunization by RBT,and decreased to 86.6%after 3 months;Enzyme-linked immunodetection by cELISA reached 93.3%after 2 weeks,and 66.6%after 3 months;Urine,respiratory secretions,feces and cotton swabs were collected at 1 week,2 weeks and 3 weeks after immunization,and the results were negative by PCR Thus,the brucellosis live vaccine(BA0711 strain)can be safely used for brucellosis in cattle immunization,and can produce a good conversion rate within 2 weeks,and cause no pollution to the external environment after immunization.关键词
