初乳对新生腹泻肉用犊牛免疫功能和直肠粪便菌群的影响
Effects of Colostrum on Immune Functions and Rectal Fecal Flora of Newborn Diarrhea Calves

Abstract
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of colostrum on behavior,body weight,serum immune factors,peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets and rectal fecal microbial community of neonatal diarrhea beef calves.5 healthy Simmental calves and 20 diarrhea calves born 1 week old near Tongliao City were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups.Each group was fed with 0,2,4 and 6 L of colostrum per day,and the control group was fed with 2 L of colostrum per day for 7 days.The results show that:compared with the other three text group,the colostrum medium-dose group reduced the levels of TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-6,INF-γ,MPO and CD8+T,while increasing the levels of IL-2,TGFβ2,CD4+T,CD3+T and CD19+B,as well as increasing the body temperature,body weight and reducing the time of fecal excretion,indicating that colostrum has anti-inflammatory effects.In the rectum,colostrum decreased the number of E.coli and increased the number of Bacillus fragilis,Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus.In summary,the study found that feeding 4 L colostrum can improve the anti-inflammatory ability of diarrheal calves,effectively regulate the imbalance of intestinal flora,and is beneficial to the body health of calves.关键词
