四川凉山黑绵羊秋季消化道寄生虫感染情况调查与分析

Abstract
In order to investigate the incidence of parasitic infections in the digestive tract of black sheep in Liangshan,Sichuan in autumn.The infection rate and intensity of parasitic infections in the digestive tract were detected using saturated salt water flotation method,sedimentation method,McDonnell's counting method.The overall infection rate of digestive tract parasites in Liangshan black sheep in autumn was 98.42%,with a mixed infection rate of 80%,and nematodes and coccidia were the dominant species.The nematode infection rate was 90%,and the coccidia infection rate was 87.89%.The results of this survey provide important basis for scientifically formulating comprehensive prevention and control measures for gastrointestinal parasites in Liangshan black sheep.关键词
