我国动物保护行政法律制度探究
Research on the Administrative Legal System of Animal Protection in Our Country
摘要
Abstract
Frequent animal abuse incidents in recent years have seriously infringed on the animals'right to life and welfare,reflecting that China's legal system in animal protection is still imperfect,and there are many urgent problems to be solved.Compared with the significant progress made by Western countries in animal protection legislation,China still has legal gaps in animal protection.Compared with criminal and civil legislation,the flexibility,efficiency,and penetration of administrative law make it more reasonable in animal protection.However,the current administrative law also has many problems in animal protection.Therefore,this article explores the role and deficiencies of administrative law in regulating animal abuse through a systematic review and in-depth analysis of the existing animal protection administrative legal system.And put forward corresponding improvement suggestions to promote the improvement of China's animal protection administrative law legislation and promote the harmonious coexistence between human and nature.关键词
