摘要
Abstract
Stroke is the second leading cause of death worldwide and is one of the leading causes of death in China.Insulin resistance(IR)is closely associated with the development and progression of stroke,and in recent years,triglyceride-glucose index(TyG index)has been proposed as a new indicator of IR,which combines blood lipids and blood glucose.At present,more and more studies in China and globally have shown that TyG index plays an important role in the development and progression of stroke,and it is of great importance to investigate the internal association between TyG in-dex and stroke,so as to achieve the early prevention,treatment,and follow-up of stroke.关键词
