Abstract
The establishment of technical standards system for new electric power system is short.There is still a lack of scientific utility evaluation methods for the construction of technical standards system for new electric power system.The scientific theories and methods are urgently needed to ensure the unification of standards system and technical system,and meet the requirements of technological innovation,new electric power system,and industrial development.Based on basic methods to establish the technical standards system for new electric power system,this paper proposes a utility assessment system for the standards system,and establishes quantitative assessment indexes and appropriate assessment methods,so as to promote the development of the technical standards system for new electric power system and technological innovation of enterprises.关键词
