Abstract
The level of standardization is an important indicator to measure the core competitiveness of enterprises,the objective and scientific evaluation of implementation benefits of standards is of great strategic significance to further improve standardization work.Focusing on difficulties in quantifying the standards implementation benefits and separating contribution of a single standard in large social enterprises,this paper analyzes the mechanism of technical standards to produce benefits,and proposes a"full-chain value decomposition method",which accurately correlates technical standards and implementation benefits,and quantifies the contribution of standards to business in the business chain.It discusses the general idea and evaluation framework of this method.Finally,through specific cases,systematic implementation benefit evaluation and analysis of technical standards are realized.The practical results show that this method is suitable the systematic evaluation of implementation benefits of technical standards in large social enterprises,filling the gap in in this field for large social enterprises.关键词
