摘要
Abstract
With the development of science and technology as well as the innovation of standardization,the integration of patent and technical standard is increasing.Patents incorporated into standards should be"essential patents".Therefore,if a patent seeks to be incorporated into standards,the identification of essential patent should be carried out first.At present,there is no unified policy for the identification of standard essential patent in China.In order to promote the construction of standard essential patent system in China,based the work experience,this paper analyzes the importance and influencing factors of the identification of standard essential patent,and puts forward the basic principles and specific process of the identification for further exchange and discussion.关键词
