摘要
Abstract
The pan-family management of private enterprises refers to the phenomenon that in the management and decision-making process of enterprises,family members take important positions,and the ownership,control,and management of the enterprise are highly concentrated within the family.Pan-family management is very common in private enterprises in Taizhou and even the whole country,and has played a positive role in the initial development of enterprises.However,with the expansion of enterprise scale and the complexity of external environment,this management model has exposed some problems and challenges,facing many issues such as internal management,benefit distribution,and talents.By comprehensively analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of pan-family management in private enterprises,this paper applies standardization principles,innovates management mechanisms,and establishes standardized management processes,which can effectively solve the drawbacks of pan-family management,realize standardized and efficient management,accelerate the transformation of private enterprises into modern enterprise systems,and promote the high-quality development of the private economy.关键词
