Abstract
The integrated circuit industry,an important component of new productive forces,plays a crucial role in promoting the development of a new generation of information technologies such as artificial intelligence and enhancing national economic competitiveness.With the advancement of globalization and domestic independent technological innovation,the open and collaborative development of the integrated circuit industry has become an inevitable trend.This paper focuses closely on the issue of standardization assisting the open and collaboration of the integrated circuit industry,analyzes the key role of standardization in promoting open and collaboration development,and proposed suggestions on this basis.关键词
