Abstract
This paper takes the standardization pilots of the strategic emerging industry,City Information Modelling(CIM),in Jiangsu province as an example,and analyzes the project construction path from three aspects:focusing on strategic planning,adhering to the system concept,and strengthening the implementation of standards.The paper carried out innovative investigation and research,adhered to international standards,and integrated the features of the CIM strategic emerging industry.It developed the first set of city-level CIM standards system,and implemented the full life-cycle management process of standards with high quality,which includes development,implementation,evaluation,and supervision.It has laid a solid foundation for promoting the modernization of urban governance system and governance capacity with standardization under the new situation,and building a high-level standardization model for CIM,the strategic emerging industry.关键词
