摘要
Abstract
The local standard DB3401/T 312-2023,Safety operation monitoring of urban lifeline engineering—Response to risk early-warning,of Hefei city was first released and officially implemented on December 15,2023.The release and implementation of this standard provides an important standard basis for regulating the risk early-warning response of urban lifeline engineering in Hefei city.The paper introduces the background of the standard and the content of each chapter firstly.Then,a detailed interpretation of the key provisions of the standard is provided,and the practical cases of risk early-warning response for urban lifeline engineering in Hefei are listed to help practitioners understand and apply the standard.Finally,the application prospects of the standard are discussed,in order to provide standardization references for the graded management and control of operational risks in urban lifeline engineering.关键词
