Comparative Analysis and Enlightenment of Domestic and Foreign Standards for Road Transport of Dangerous Goods
摘要
Abstract
There are many kinds of dangerous goods used in many fields.The consequences of dangerous goods transport accidents in road transport are often very serious.Road transport of dangerous goods is one of the key areas of safety production,the high-quality development of which has been highly concerned.This paper,through in-depth study of Agreement Concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road and relevant standards at home and abroad,analyzes the exemption requirements of dangerous goods,security requirements,packaging testing and use requirements,as well as the testing and use requirements of atmospheric pressure portable tanks.It discusses the applicability of relevant international rules and standards in China.This study provides a certain reference basis for the development of mandatory national standard Regulations concerning road transportation of dangerous goods,which is helpful to promote the management level for the safety of road transport of dangerous goods in China.关键词
