Abstract
In recent years,technical measures to trade have become important non-tariffmeasures restricting the export of China's products.As the most official and formal release channel of WTO-TBT notifications,the TBT notification is an important document reflecting the direction and trend of technical measures to trade of WTO members.Making comments for the notification is an effective way to reflect the actual demands of enterprises and reduce the loss of industrial export.This paper analyzes the working mechanism,working process,and successful cases of the technology and trade review base of mobile communication,and gives the feasible suggestions for the construction of the base and measures to effectively respond to technical measures to trade.关键词
