摘要
Abstract
Through enterprise investigation and risk monitoring,this paper collects the product quality status from channels such as national and local supervision spot checks,quality and safety entrusted inspections,online public opinions,and consumer complaints in 2023.It analyzes the quality issues from four aspects:industrial policies,production process,enterprise quality awareness,and human factors.Anticipatory suggestions are put forward to improve product quality from three aspects:technical assistance and policy guidance,spot check result handling,and special rectification.关键词
