Abstract
With the vigorous development of standardization,the demand for standardization talents in various industries is increasing,and the cultivation of standardization talents is also facing significant opportunities and challenges.This article analyzes the current situation of the development of standardization talent teams in Shandong province,and proposes targeted countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of future standardization talent teams in response to the existing problems in standardization talents.It is expected to create a high-quality and high-level standardization talent team,continuously provide talent and technical support for carrying out standardization activities,and promote the in-depth development of standardization talent training work.关键词
