Abstract
Cultivating and developing association standards is an important measure of national standardization reform.With the rapid development of association standards on water resources in China in recent years,in order to implement the requirements such as the National Standardization Development Outline,further strengthen the supervision of association standards on water resources,and combined with the actual development status of association standards on water resources,this article explores and establishes the Evaluation Indicator System for Association Standards on Water Resources(Trial)for the first time,conducts quality and implementation effect evaluation of association standards that have been published for at least three years,and provides suggestions on how to effectively improve the quality and level of association standards in the next step,in order to provide certain support for promoting the sound and healthy development of association standards on water resources,and solidly advancing the high-quality development of water resources.关键词
