Abstract
EDA tools are the software system widely used throughout the entire integrated circuit industrial chain.This article summarizes the development status and standardization situation of the EDA industry,points out the problems and challenges in the construction of China's EDA standards system,and proposes suggestions for the direction of domestic EDA standards development from the perspective of promoting high-quality development of domestic EDA,which is expected to promote the application and standardization development of domestic EDA tools.关键词
