摘要

Abstract

The standardization construction of cold chain logistics and prevention and control of food can standardize cold chain logistics operations,reduce virus transmission,improve logistics efficiency and improve management systems.This paper summarizes the current situation and problems of cold chain logistics standardization,and focuses on the analysis and research of transportation standardization,storage standardization,distribution standardization and system standardization.It establishes a standards system framework covering the general basic service standards system,service guarantee standards system,service provision standards system and post standards system,and proposes some suggestions on the development of the standards system,such as optimizing the standards system,improving the operability of standards,expanding the publicity of the standards system,and carrying out the supervision and improvement of standards implementation.
