Analysis on Risk Management Model of Enterprise Related Parties Based on Precise Safety Management
摘要
Abstract
The safety management of related parties is a difficulty and key problem in enterprise safety management,and it always lacks a scientific and universal management method.In order to improve the level and efficiency of the safety management of related parties,this article identifies and classifies the status of the safety management of related parties of an enterprise based on the theory and method of precise safety management.It obtains the 7 major influential factors of the safety management of related parties,and puts forward the solutions for the safety management of related parties based on the procedures of precise safety management.The results show that the efficiency of the safety management of related parties of an enterprise can be improved by accurate identification,forecasting,decision-making and implementing strategies,so as to provide an available method and idea for the safety management of an enterprise.关键词
