Abstract
The true value of standards lies in their implementation,and the evaluation of the effectiveness of local standards implementation can provide data support for standards review,standards system improvement,standardization strategy enhancement,and standardization related public policy making.In order to objectively and scientifically evaluate the standardization effect in the field of tunnel corridors,this paper takes the Technical specification for intelligent management system of urban utility tunnel as an example.Based on a correct understanding of evaluation principles and practical needs as the starting point,it sets up a reasonable evaluation index system,uses evaluation methods accurately,and carries out evaluation according to the principle of standards purpose orientation.The evaluation results indicate that the content and requirements of the standard can correspond to the current implementation of the comprehensive pipe gallery operation management system.Currently,except for the city level management system that has not yet been implemented,the requirements of the standard for company level and project level can be achieved in the implemented management system.Standards can guide the construction of current company level and project level integrated pipe gallery operation management systems,adapt to the needs of industrial development,and flexibly select and implement them step by step according to user needs in practical applications.For standardization work,it proposes the following suggestions:increasing the promotion of standards;enhancing awareness of using standards;paying attention to the promotion of industry standards and enhancing the connection with pipeline units;in future standard revisions,adding emergency response functions to the operation management system based on expert opinions,and increasing the requirement for the management system to be deployed on a cloud platform.关键词
