Abstract
The new version of the Qualification Accreditation and Review Criteria for Inspection and Testing Institutions was officially implemented on December 1,2023.In order to facilitate the work of inspection and testing institutions,the technical review method has been expanded from the previous single offl ine review to two methods:general procedural review and notification of commitment.Due to the fact that on-site verification personnel are still required to confirm the institutional capabilities on site after obtaining evidence through the commitment system,there is a high risk of punishment.Therefore,most institutions still use general procedures to conduct technical reviews.This article sorts out the provisions of the new standards one by one,and provides an overall description of the entire process of conducting technical review of qualification certification for inspection and testing institutions in chronological order,to assist inspection and testing institutions in need to pass the review work quickly and efficiently,and facilitate the development of inspection and testing work.关键词
