Uncertainty Evaluation of Total Aerobic Microbial Count in Xiaotong Granules
摘要
Abstract
In order to improve the accuracy of the detection results of total aerobic microbial count in drugs,Xiaotong granules is taken as an example,and the uncertainty is evaluated.The total aerobic microbial count in Xiaotong granules is tested according to the General Rule 1105 of Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2020)Volume～.The uncertainty is analyzed and evaluated.At the 95%confidence interval,the expanded uncertainty is 0.0659(k=2.26),and the range of tested results is(400～540)cfu/g.The factor that contributes the most to the uncertainty of total aerobic microbial count in Xiaotong granules is repetitive experiment.The established method can provide reference for the uncertainty evaluation of microbial testing in other drugs.关键词
