Abstract
In this paper,a method for simultaneous determination of four kinds of common mosquito repellent is established.The content of mosquito repellents in mosquito repellent patches or wristbands is determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry with electron bombardment ion sources and selection ion detection mode.The samples were extracted by organic extraction with acetone,and dibutyl phthalate was used as the internal standard for quantitative analysis.Under the selected chromatographic conditions,the four kinds of mosquito repellent are well separated from the internal standard.There is a good linear relationship between mass concentration ratio and peak area ratio,and the correlation coefficient is 0.9946~0.9995.The sample recovery rate is 95.8%-102.8%.关键词
