Abstract
In this paper,HJ 195-2023,Water quality—Determination of ammonia nitrogen by gas-phase molecular absorption spectrometry,is used for the study of validating the method for the determination of ammonia nitrogen in water by gas molecular absorption spectrometry.The verification content mainly includes linearity calibration curve,method detection limit,lower limit of determination,precision,accuracy and other aspects.The results show that the correlation coefficient of the standard curve is r＞0.999,the method detection limit is 0.01 mg/L,the lower limit of determination is 0.02 mg/L,the results of certified reference materials are all within the qualified range,and the add standard recovery is 97.0%～105.8%.The validation results of all performance indicators meet the requirements of the standard,which means the laboratory has the ability to determine ammonia nitrogen in water by gas molecular absorption spectrometry.关键词
