Existing Problems and Countermeasures of School Administration under the Guidance of Standardization
摘要
Abstract
This paper,guided by standardization,deeply discusses the existing problems in school administration and puts forward corresponding solutions.Through the study of relevant theories and the analysis of practical cases,it reveals the deficiencies in the standardization of school administration,such as imperfect system,non-standard process and inadequate implementation.In view of these problems,this paper puts forward countermeasures such as establishing and perfecting standardization system,strengthening personnel training,strengthening supervision and evaluation,so as to improve the efficiency and quality of school administration and promote the sustainable development of schools.关键词
