摘要

Abstract

Career planning education is of great significance to college students'personal growth and future development.With the renewal of education concept and the advancement of technology,the former teaching mode is difficult to fully meet the individual needs of students.Therefore,it has become an urgent problem for colleges and universities to explore the teaching mode that meets the requirements of standardization and can reflect the difference.Based on this,this paper discusses the construction of standardized teaching mode and differentiated teaching mode of college career planning,and studies the integration of standardized teaching mode and differentiated teaching mode.
