Application of FOCUS-PDCA Combined with Standardized Reward and Punishment System Model in Hospital Medical Record Management

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the application value of standardized reward and punishment system model using FOCUS-PDCA in improving the quality of hospital medical record management.Methods:Two hundred medical records before the implementation of the standardized reward and punishment system model and the application of FOCUS-PDCA in Shandong Second Provincial General Hospital from 2021 to 2022 were retrospectively selected as the control group,and 200 medical records after the implementation of the standardized reward and punishment system model and the application of FOCUS-PDCA from 2022 to 2023 were selected as the observation group.The application value of different management modes in the quality of hospital medical record management was compared.Results:The qualified rate of medical records in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The quality and satisfaction of medical record management in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of FOCUS-PDCA in standardized reward and punishment system model can significantly improve the qualified rate of hospital medical record data,quality of comprehensive management and patient satisfaction.关键词
