Discussion on Construction and Strategy of Standardized Training Course System for Resident Doctors Based on Post Competence
摘要
Abstract
With the continuous reform of medical education,the training of post competency has become the focus of attention.The construction of standardized training courses for resident doctors is the key to ensure the quality of training and enhance the ability of students.To solve this problem,this paper aims to build a three-year curriculum system with competence as the core,covering public,professional and practical courses,and detail the content of doctor-patient communication.Combined with a variety of teaching modes,it puts forward the establishment of case base and supporting materials,strict management and implementation,enhanced participation of students,improved curriculum,and establishment of assessment methods consistent with competence.关键词
