摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the changes of biochemical indexes in late-stage pregnant women in Bengbu, and to analyze the changes of standardized test results of biochemical indexes in serum of late-stage pregnant women, and to discuss its clinical significance. Methods:From January 2023 to July 2024,late-stage pregnant women hospitalized in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, the Second Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University under normal pregnancy supervision were selected as the observation group, and 20 non-pregnant women who went to the physical examination center during the same period were selected as the control group.Serum alkaline phosphatase(ALP),total protein(TP),albumin(ALB),urea(UREA)and creatinine(CREA)were determined. The differences of standardized detection results of biochemical indexes between the observation group and the control group were compared. Results:The ALP value of observation group was significantly higher than the normal reference range of the same age, while the total protein(TP),albumin(ALB),urea(UREA)and creatinine(CREA)of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:There are significant differences between the standardized test results of serum biochemical indicators in late-stage pregnant women and non-pregnant women of childbearing age.We should pay great attention to this change, and combine clinical judgment to guide the health care work during pregnancy.关键词
