Abstract
Objective:To analyze the application value of seamless standardized emergency nursing mode in intensive care unit.Methods:120 patients admitted to the Second Hospital,University of South China from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups.The control group was admitted from January 2023 to June 2022(60 cases,routine nursing mode),and the observation group was admitted from July 2023 to December 2023(60 cases,seamless standardized emergency nursing mode).The application effect of the two groups was compared.Results:There was no significant difference in Braden score and GCS score between the two groups(P＞0.05),which were significantly higher than those before the intervention,and the scores in the observation group was significantly higher than those in the control group,and the incidence of adverse events,intensive care unit time and hospital stay in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with significant differences(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The application of seamless and standardized emergency nursing mode in intensive care unit can significantly improve the intervention effect,significantly reduce the risk of pressure ulcers,reduce the severity of consciousness disorders,prevent the occurrence of adverse events,and promote rapid recovery,which has high application value.关键词
