Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of standardized emergency nursing pathway in the rescue of patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods:A total of 80 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to the Emergency Department of Southern Central Hospital of Yunnan Province from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into the observation group(40 cases)and the control group(40 cases).The control group received routine emergency nursing,and the observation group received standardized emergency nursing path.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results:In the observation group,the time of emergency rescue was shorter,the recovery of various indexes of cardiac function was better,the complications were less,the quality of life score was higher,and the satisfaction of nursing work was higher,all the data were significantly different compared with the control group,P＜0.05.Conclusion:In the process of rescuing patients with acute myocardial infarction,intervention with standardized emergency nursing path can effectively reduce the rescue time,improve the recovery of patients'cardiac function,reduce the incidence of complications,and harmonize nurse-patient relationship.关键词
